Before the session.

You can start with what is true now: stress, heaviness, transition, grief, depletion, grounding, a pet, a space, or “I am not sure.”

During the session.

Sessions are fully clothed and consent-based. You may rest quietly. There may be light conversation, grounding, Reiki, or hands-off energetic support.

After the session.

There is room to return slowly and close the session. Some people feel quiet, emotional, lighter, tired, reflective, or simply more settled. Experiences vary.

Good boundaries.

Reiki is complementary wellness support. It does not replace medical, mental-health, veterinary, or emergency care.
