New clients begin with Standard Reiki. Reiki-Guided Reset is an in-person next step after an initial session.

What should I start with?
New clients usually begin with Standard Reiki. If Reiki-Guided Reset seems like the fit, mention it in your request and Christopher will confirm the right next step.
Do I need exact wording?
No. A short note is enough. You can name the basics, or simply say you are not sure.
Is Reiki-Guided Reset available by distance?
No. Reiki-Guided Reset is in-person only. Distance Reiki is available separately by request.
Is Reiki medical or mental-health care?
No. Reiki is complementary wellness support and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or replace licensed or emergency care.
Is anything scheduled automatically?
No. Nothing is scheduled until availability, format, and next steps are confirmed by email.
