Reiki-Guided Reset is Ramaste Integrative Healing’s signature in-person session for people who want deeper grounding, energetic clearing, emotional release, and quiet renewal.
The work may include Reiki, intuitive energy work, grounding support, and quiet integration. It is paced gently so the session does not feel rushed, clinical, or performative.
You do not need to perform, prepare perfectly, or explain everything. The session is meant to meet You where You are and support what is ready to soften.
A reset for heavy, full, or scattered seasons.
Stress + heaviness
For stress, energetic overload, emotional buildup, or feeling weighed down.
Transition + grief
For life changes, grief, endings, beginnings, and seasons that need a quieter place to land.

A short check-in around what feels heavy, what You are carrying, and what kind of support You are seeking.

Settling in with breath, body awareness, and enough preparation so the session does not feel rushed.
Reiki + energy work
Rest while Reiki and intuitive energy work support relaxation, energetic balance, and a softer internal field.
Quiet integration
Close with grounding, aftercare, or quiet reflection depending on what feels right.

Standard Reiki is gentle energetic support. Reiki-Guided Reset is a longer, more focused in-person session that uses Christopher’s experience, presence, and guided energy work to support a deeper reset.
Distance Reiki may be available as a separate service, but the full Reiki-Guided Reset requires an in-person appointment.

No. You can share what feels helpful, but the work does not require You to explain everything in order to receive support.
Can I request this if I am new to Ramaste Integrative Healing?
Yes. First-time reset sessions simply need enough room for preparation and pacing.
Can this be done by distance?
No. Reiki-Guided Reset is currently in-person only.
